Director of the School: Has been at the school 12 years, and was hired into this position. Is a clinical social worker with 30 years of experience in child and family mental health services. Has leadership experience, but no sustained leadership training.

Supervising Social Worker – LICSW 30 Years: Has been at the agency 25 years, and has been supervising other social workers and interns for the past 20 years. They are responsible for selecting and coordinating the social work interns. They are the Clinical Coordinator for the Middle Two School. They plan on retiring in the coming year.

Psychologist supervisor – 15 years experience: Has been at the agency for 10 years and has been supervising psychology interns and post-docs for the past 7 years. Has a contentious relationship with the previous clinical director and the senior leadership team. Feels that the team doesn’t pay attention to the needs of the workers, and has concerns over inconsistent expectations for them and the impact they have on the children and families. Is the coordinator of the Upper Two School.

Social Worker – 8 years experience: Has been at the agency for 7 years, plus a one-year internship (was hired a year after their internship ended). They are the Upper One School Clinical Coordinator.
